A single-varietal olive oil. The Aglandau is widespread in Provence, in the highlands of the Var region, due to its resistance to cold.
It produces an oil with powerful flavors, with dominant aromas of raw artichoke, fresh almond and fresh grass, with intense bitterness and pungency.
Aglandau enhances your mildest foods, such as spices; you can use it in pesto, on a mild green salad, just drained pasta or in a salad, white fish, steamed or foil-baked potatoes, or even fresh goat or sheep cheese...it will also go very well with your preparations for spicy dishes.
