As every year, the sheep invade our undergrowth around the Domaine orchard, to weed it and also to maintain soil fertilization.
In order to mitigate fire exposure and monitor crop health, we maintain the different plots of land, trying, when possible, to implement actions in accordance with the natural balance of fauna and flora.
